Terms and Conditions
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed during regular business hours and normally ship within 48 hours, as long as there are no issues with the billing address or credit card details. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
ORDER STATUS
A confirmation email is sent shortly after you place your order, with your order details. A follow-up email is also sent when your order has shipped.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We will contact you if there is any problem with your order. If you wish to contact us, then please assist by providing your order number, e-mail address and phone number.
BACK ORDERS
When order volumes are higher than anticipated, we might run out of stock. If this occurs, we will ship all we can, and place the unavailable items on back order. Back ordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they arrive with no extra shipping charge. If you need to cancel a back order please contact us.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Pumps are often client specific and once procurement has started it might be impossible to stop as it could be in transit. Please check with us prior to purchase to ensure you have selected the correct pump. On orders changed or cancelled, please keep in mind that credit card payments are debited via online banking and refunds may take 5-10 working days to process. Cancelled orders will most times incur a restocking fee of 5% of the items value.
RETURN POLICY
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You are entitled to a full value exchange, or store credit. (within 7 days from the date of your invoice) This is provisional on it being still new, meaning new, unused and not previously installed. It must be complete in all original packaging, still saleable. If there was an error on our part, TT Pumps will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us for assistance.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
We will assist you with all warranty matters. It is important to understand that product warranty is provided by the respective manufacturers and covers faulty materials and workmanship. The decision to repair or replace is entirely with the manufacturer. TT Pumps is not providing the warranty unless it is manufactured by us, otherwise we are assisting the process. Warranty does not include return shipping costs. Knowing that every case is different, we will do our best in making sure that resolution is fast, fair and appropriate.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
All products have a 1 year warranty against faulty materials and workmanship unless otherwise stated. Warranty does not apply after the warranty period has expired. Warranty does not cover damage arriving from improper installation, incorrect application, exposure damage due to site conditions, weather, electrical surge or supply issues, and damage that might occur in shipping. The customer has a duty of care in these matters.
When a manufacturer agrees that the failure was due to faulty materials or workmanship you will be offered a repaired or replaced unit, or possibly a store credit. If warranty is denied, an explanation from the manufacturer will be provided, and you can make arrangements for the return of the goods if that is your desire. TT Pumps will be happy to assist you in all such resolution. Please contact us.
CURRENCY
TT Pumps displays all pricing in Australian Dollars. Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included, and is clearly detailed on the Tax Invoice. GST is currently set at 10%.
PRIVACY
We do not share your information with anybody other than the necessary transfer of data to enable the online transaction to take place on our secure web site as indicated by the closed lock symbol in the web address. Case closed.
